Tri-Tip Tips?

If someone who knows about foods has any suggestions about how to cook a tri-tip if you don't have access to a BBQ, feel free to leave a comment. I may have heard a rumor about a long, slow-cooking method. Anyone heard of that? I'm hungry, so hurry!

Don't have a grill? Use the oven broiler. It's the exact same principal, you're just heating from the top instead of the bottom. Seriously, other than not having smoke, it's pretty much the same thing.
